I just did the Interval X and Abs/Core X last night for the 2nd time last night.
Interval X ROCKS! I love this workout - its 40 mins long - my heartrate stayed in the 80% category throughout most of the workout or higher - once I hit that mark, it was pretty much there the whole time or higher - which is AWESOME!
Interval X is simple to follow - you don't need alot of space - the intervals are 15 moves - one minute in length - and within the minute you do 20 sec low intensity, 20 sec medium intensity, and 20 seconds high intensity and then move on to the next move and the next minute and then repeat the whole thing again. Simple, easy, effective.
ABS/CORE X KICKS BUTT! I am LOVING this ab/core workout - it uses the pullup bar - so you hang from the bar and bring your legs up and out in various patterns and its TOUGH I have already done it twice!
I haven't done any of the other ones, but i already know I will be doing the regular P90X rotations and changing in the cardios and ab routines bc the XPLUS is tougher ( imo ) so far
