My book lists it as 1 fruit and 2 veggies. I tweak it a little, though. Your also aloud to have a "drink" a day...their recovery drink that can be purchased through Beachbody. Well, the book says how many calories, protein, fat and carbs are in their drink and I just recreated it in my kitchen using protein powder and fruit! I count it as my "drink" and it sneaks in more fruit.
Also, you are aloud one "carb" serving and I sometimes trade that in for more fruit. I LOVE FRUIT!!!
Veggies are easy...two handfuls of greens equals a serving...veggie portions are huge!
