These are supposed to be a supplement to the P90X workouts. 5 workout: Kenpo Cardio +, Upper +, Abs/ Core+, IntervalX+, and Total Body+. They're a little shorter than the P90X workouts, most of them are 45- 50 min long. They give you a schedule that you can mix & match them w/ the original P90X workouts.
So far I've just done Interval+ which I really liked!! I can't WAIT to try out Upper+ and Total Body+!!!
