P90X Monday Checkin

Happy Monday P90Xers!!

This is week 9 for me. I got to do Check and Back again for the first time in a month. That one works you for sure. I also did Ab RipperX.

I will be doing some cardio at lunch - probably some Turbo Jam!

Good morning Anne and everyone who follows!

I am in my first recovery week, and after this weekend, I'm very happy to be for that! LOL. I did Rodney Yee's Power Yoga and enjoyed the deep stretch.
 
Hi X crew. I'm on week 10 so I did chest, shoulders and tris today, along with ab ripper. My kids are in rare fighting form today, so I wasn't able to do a cardio session - here's hoping for an afternoon snooze so I can hop on the treadmill.

Hey Carole - how has it been inserting the Cathe S&H series for the P90X weight sessions? Are you seeing the kind of results that you expected? Would you recommend it?

Tried to edit but my time had expired. At least one monster snoozed so I got in a 4-mile incline walk. I want to give this alternating incline-walking and running a try for 2 weeks and see if I notice any changes. I'm keeping my incline between 6 and 10 degrees - do you all think that's steep enough or do I need to up it to the 12-15 range (looking for hamstring strength)? Thanks!
