P90X has soooo increased my flexability. I just restarted a rotation (tried to do one over the summer but didn't really follow the program like I should). Finished week 2 today. Last night I subbed S&H legs and during the hamstring stretch where you are on the floor and reach and grab your foot, I usually can only grab as far as above my ankle. Well last night I grabbed my foot without even thinking. Once I realized it I was like COOL!! Flexability is not my thing so I am glad to see it improving.
