I am starting week two of Phase three this week almost done Well today I didn't feel like doing a P90x workout so I did BodyMax 2. Boy that workout is hard. But I was so proud of myself I did all of the pushups on my toes Before I started P90x I could do maybe 4 on my toes normal speed. Never the slow count ones like Cathe does but today I did them all. Just thought I would share. I know you guys would understand how happy I am.
