Hello all P90X folks..
Today was Plyometerics..which is such a great workout!!!
Yesterday was my first day back coming off my recovery week, and I really thought that I could rail down on the push-ups and Pull-ups after a whole week off weights...but the workout was just as hard as it alwasys is...I could do at least 10 push-ups on my toes at the start of the 1st rotation..then I was on my knees for the second rotation through..I have major DOMS today..OUCHYY!! Just thought I would share...
