Good morning P90Xer's
Lorrie...I did S&H for the first 3 weeks and then switched to GS for weeks 5,6,7. I wasn't really expecting results I just wanted more legwork than P90X offers, and with my increased running mileage I didn't have time for Freestyle 6 days a week. I have noticed with heavier weights I have gotten a bit stronger in my legs. That ultimately helps with running for me. yes, I would recommend this to anyone doing P90X and wanting more legwork..
I'll be doing TLT's Strength in Movement and a 6 mile run..
