P90X Check In Saturday!

Wow - didn't realize no one had started this!

I did a 5 mile run then P90X Legs and Back, followed by Ab Ripper X and 10 minutes of yoga (Rodney Yee's Yoga for Athletes - the first 10 minutes stretches the legs and back which is what I needed!).

I was just out checking out our pool - it's nice and warm! Might go swimming (or floating really) tomorrow. I'm afraid if I sit in a chair, I'll fall asleep... :)

Now I am off to chaperone my daughter choir competition. Wish me luck! She'll do well, it's me and the kids that you need to worry about.

Hello! Way to go Christine on your run, and other w/outs! Sounds like you have a nice day planned. I wish I had a pool! This am. was plyox, teaching swim lessons, and my DS baseball game. Beautiful day here! Hope everyone has nice w/outs. I am excited to say my "middle" is toning up ever so slightly, while sounds likeChristines "upper body" is toning.

Christine - have fun on your hike with Amy tomorrow! Let us know how it goes!
