Wow - didn't realize no one had started this!
I did a 5 mile run then P90X Legs and Back, followed by Ab Ripper X and 10 minutes of yoga (Rodney Yee's Yoga for Athletes - the first 10 minutes stretches the legs and back which is what I needed!).
I was just out checking out our pool - it's nice and warm! Might go swimming (or floating really) tomorrow. I'm afraid if I sit in a chair, I'll fall asleep...
Now I am off to chaperone my daughter choir competition. Wish me luck! She'll do well, it's me and the kids that you need to worry about.
