Hey all of you P90X SuperBroads!

I got a wild hair today, and did Kenpo X and Plyo X back to back. My quads are reminding me, very loudly, of their existance! It feels great. I had been subbing so much Cathe that I needed a "Tony Fix". Boy did I get one today. Tomorrow start my last week of phase 2. I did BootCamp on Friday because I had worked my legs on Tuesday, so I decided to go more total body. The terminators were, well, I can't say easy, but they were a lot easier! I kept thinking of Tony's version and thanking the heavens that I didn't have to add a pushup or two as well!

Wow Christine...although KenpoX isn't hardcore doing that and PlyoX back to back is brutal!! I just hate those darn Terminators...http://bestsmileys.com/scared/7.gif[/img]

I haven't done much P90X as I did a TLT yesterday and no rest or stretch today, instead a 19 mile run...but it is Chest & Back tomorrow...http://smilies.sofrayt.com/fsc/clap2.gif[/img]

I could definitely feel it in my quads. It was fun! Today is a long run and then Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Then some kind of abs. Then too much food for a BBQ. :) Actually, I think I'll be okay. The only really bad thing I will have is a hot dog. I like hot dogs, even though they are soooo not good for you. So I save them as a treat.

Happy Memorial Day all!

Hi ALL!!
Hope you all were able to enjoy your Memorial Weekend.
Sorry for not checking in lately. Been crazy busy.
I start phase 2 this week. Tomorrow i'll begin.

I gotta share this...I'm finally seeing some results. My abs are definately beginning to show, and my arms are looking alot more tone. I have been watching my food intake alot more too. I'm sure that has alot to do with it. Still have a few more pounds to go. Seeing some results is really encouraging.

I started my summer soccer league monday. (More competitive league) I was a little nervous, since I really had not run too much, and wasn't sure how my cardio was going to be for a soccer match. But, gotta say, pleasantly surprised, my endurance wasn't bad at all.
:) ;-)

Keep up the good work!!
Alicia
