p90X B-Line Bands and door attachment

HI everyone!

Is anyone of you using the B-Line Bands with door attachment instead of the chin up and pull up bar to do the P90X workouts?

If so, how do you like them, what are your results and which resistance set did you purchase (15-30 pounds or 20-40 pounds)?

Any input is highly appreciated!

Thank you
Kristine :)

I bought the heaviest set w/the door attachment and it worked out just fine. I couldn't understand their directions on how to set it up but I did it my own way and it's been great! If you don't have room for a pull up bar or aren't quite there yet, it is worth the investment.

I used the B-line bands for a while (and even after I got a pull-up tower, I did bands for 1/2 the pullups--to get some good numbers).

I DID NOT, however, use the door attachment that comes with the bands. It seemed WAY too risky to put that in the top of the door (which is where I secure the band, then kneel in frot of the door at a distance to pull). I got some very secure door attachments (cost under $3 each,so I got two to make the shipping cost worth it) from www.sissel-online.com . Those babies are NEVER going to accidently slip out of the door.

ETA: I also bought the heaviest set (and an even heavier one from some other company that sells Lifeline bands).
