I just got the Masters series. They seem to be affectionately known as "P90X LITE" and after previewing all of them and doing a couple of them I can see why. They are similar to the X but obviously not as tough. I also just found a 3 month rotation for them created by a BeachBody Fitness Advisor that is similar in format to the X. I completed the X at the beginning of the year and although I intend to do it again, I am not quite ready for that intensity at this point so I will be starting this 3 month Masters program on Monday! I am very excited about it!
I have a hard time comparing BB products to Cathe stuff cause they are like apples and oranges. So very different in so many ways! I love both Cathe and BB stuff for different reasons!
