It has been a pleasure Susan and Cath. Cath I still doing the P90X doubles rotation.I will finish the rotation, I promise. It won't be difficult because the more I do these workouts, the more I like them.I am on my 7th week. The next week will be the second recovery week and I need it.You have lot of variety in P90X: You have marvellous weight workouts (Lot of push-up, pull-up), KENPO, Yoga ( I have to improve my flexibility but I stay pushing play)(hour and a half of yoga), PLYO is is the toughest tape I think I ever did, ab ripper (I hate but I love it) a great stretch tape, core synergistics I use in the recovery week, a cardio workout, legs and back Dvd ( In this workout there were quite a few moves that I have not seen in other workouts) .Power 90X is good and tough and I think it really can take everybody to the next level of fitness. This is a great series.I have posted my opinion in the fitness forum of Beach Body.I am so thankful that Beachbody and Tony Horton make these workout.I think I love the P90X don't you think so ? }( }(
