Are you talking about the original Power 90, not P90X?? You have to order the package unless you want the P90 Masters series, then you can order separate workouts.

Not sure, saw something on the telly yesterday. I basically want new upper body tapes. I have all of Cathe's and just got the Amy Bento one which I like, but I need more to stop me from getting bored.

If you're looking for awesome upper body workouts, then P90X is the way to go. I've seen some incredible strength gains & definition since starting P90X. I've gone from not being able to do any pullups to doing full ones!! I love it! I have most of Cathe's workouts too and I still love Cathe but I needed to change things up. It's worked well for me! Good luck!
