Overcame "KickMax" fear! :)

Hi All!

I posted earlier this week about having a slight fear of learning KickMax. It looks so challenging (after watching it one time like Cathe suggests!).

Well, this Friday AM (5AM might I add!) I took some of your advice and just tried the warm up section, and then the leg drill section.

If I can just get more practice with the moves in the warm up, I should be all set.

WOW, the leg drills are tough! I love them!

Congrats on KM, the leg drills are not easy. Have you tried KPC yet?
Both workouts are good.

Keep up the good work.

Yes the leg work was extremely painful, and I love the burn. I hope I can walk tomorrow! :)


I have not tried any other kickboxing workouts from Cathe just yet. I want to get through this one, and then possibly enlarge my Cathe workout collection with more kickboxing.

Congrats! I'm glad you gave it a try. Keep at it, it'll eventually come. I think kickboxing is a great non-step aerobic workout for a change of pace and helps save on the knees! Have fun! Deb

That was my first Cathe workout & I still love it!! I just did it this morning, but I prefer the Bootcamp premix as it does the blasts right after the warm up. The leg drills are awesome, you'll feel it tomorrow! }( Good job overcoming your KickMax fear! Now I'm sure it will become a fav!

Well done you! And particularly for doing it at 5am!

You'll be doing those tuck jumps and plyos in no time!
