Over my daily allotment of coordination

I must be allowed only a certain amount of gracefulness per day. We had the funky ice/snow/sleet/yuck mix last night, and I had already planned today off to run last minute Christmas errands. I did all my errands, the roads were sloppy but not too bad, and the parking lots and sidewalks were sheets of packed ice/snow about an inch thick. Still, no falls, no slips, no car accidents, it was all good. I was out from about 6 am til noon.

I just finished up IMAX 3 and was tripping all over myself!!! I have this one down pat, and it isn't normally a problem. The peg leg pivot mambo back thing was more like a peg leg trip it stumble back all 6 times. What the heck? I think I used up all my fancy foot work trying to keep up right this morning. It's time for a shower, bread baking (chili in bread bowls for dinner) then Miracle on 34th street and the last bit of wrapping. Nothing that requires any kind of coordination. (watch me get tangled up in the scotch tape:D)

I am not the most stead-fast person in ice/snow myself so I am always very careful in weather like this. I am more afraid to walk in it then to drive! LOL

As for my work outs...some days I feel like I just can't balance on my own 2 feet and it doesn't matter how easy or difficult the choreo is, I just can't do it gracefully! :p

LOL Nan! I did Imax 3 on Tuesday and I fell TWICE! Those darn straddle taps on the first blast tripped me up. I should have just stopped right there but I'm a glutton for punishment so I took another dive during the jumping jacks on/off the step. Luckily I didn't hurt myself but this reinforces the reason why I work out at home!

Be careful with the tape!
