Our 465th Cathe Live Broadcast

This was one of my download purchases from the holiday sales. I really loved Cathe's energy during this workout. Music was great, too. Definitely hit the upper body good. Did this in place of an earlier planned STS 2 upper body workout today. If you're following along with Cathe in this workout, you're going to be using moderate weights. She does some coaching for those wishing to use truly heavy weights, too. I opted to just follow along with Cathe so I wouldn't confuse myself.
