Ouch! PUB next day

Wow.. Those 40lb squats really got me. I always walk up the stairs at work - 7 flights - but OUCH today! This is my first day that I've done heavy weights on my almost finish up of my 5th week!

Anyhow just needed to post this to you folks who can relate ;)
 
I know how you feel! PLB is my favorite lower body workout, I especially like the stability ball legs - YOWZA!!! Congrats for sticking with it for five weeks! You are awesome. :)

I think any stairs are tough after that workout. As a matter of fact just getting out of bed is difficult after that sometimes LOL. Keep up the good work!!

I agree, I really love them. My legs are getting huge though. My pants are getting tighter and I am working out more???? I hope my body will adapt soon.
