Ouch ! Aug rotation

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering who else is doing the aug rotation? I have been a little slack lately with the weights, partly b/c I am working 2 jobs and some days I am working 10 hrs.I am finding it a little harder to fit exercise .Ididn't want to be one of those people who said they didn't have time to work out anymore.I could never understand that.
I sat down Saturday evening and wrote up my schelule and I now have the next weeks planned out. With the said I am attempting the aug rotation.I had to switch a couple of days around but other then
that...everything looks great.
I did PLB yesterday and then to my surprise, I noticed that we were suppose to do Body Max today! I thought she may have gone crazy but I did it anyway! Oh It hurt! It hurt when I got up out of bed today and it keeps getting worse!
My shoulders are even sore from the barbell on them so I went for a massage tongight.Oh this Cathe girl is costing me a fortune!
Anyway, how is everyone else making out with it?

Hi Lori, I am glad you are taking on the August challenge. I have just begun it ( did PLB tonight) and am trying really hard to switch back to my morning routine. I teach school and have not been able to force myself out of bed at my usual time since I have had more time in the afternoon to workout. So now that I know you are going to be doing this workout, I am hoping that will give me the umph to get up early...of course that means Bodymax tomorrow morning. But what the heck I have to go to the ob/gyn for my yearly exam tomorrow at 10 so I guess I can see how much torture I can put myself through before lunch time. Woo hoo.

I don't have PLB so I substituted PS Legs and Abs instead. All I can say is WOW!!!!!!! My legs are shot right now. I just recently got the PS series and this was my first time doing Legs and Abs. I found myself repeatedly thinking 'Is this woman insane?' and 'what do you mean we still have 8 more reps to go!'. This month's rotation is going to be BIG challenge. I can't wait to look back at the end of it all and see what kind of gains I've made. If I make it to the end that is:p
 
Im glad I am not the only one thinking this! Well, I am suppose to do Imax 2 today.The only time I can really sqeeze it in is if I do it right now.It is 7 in the morning! Can I handle it? I use to get up every morning and work out but these days I love my bed to much.
I love PS legs to. You know what I mean. Its a hate love relationship:eek: I like the floor work to.I use to hate working my legs but I am getting more use to do now.I am finally doing the static lunges as well.
I didn't do upper body yesterday b/c I didn't have time...so I have to fit that into todays schedule as well.Maybe on my dinner break.
I think we should start a check in.
