I wanted to find out which of Cathe's other workouts are similar in working the muscles and in intensity to muscle max. This workout seems to work well for me at this time but I wanted to stick some variety into my workout rotation as well.
I still love MIS and I feel it is similar in the intensity. No band work though. I just did MIS on Saturday and I'm still sore. It really is a wonderful complement to MM. In fact, I've been toying with the idea of a rotation using both of them. I think it would be a great strength roation !
