Other Heavy Bag workouts?

I LOVE the bonus heavy bag workout on MMA boxing and hope Cathe does more of these!! In the meantime, does anyone have other heavy bag DVD workout recommendations? I googled and amazoned but didn't find a lot and really couldn't find video clips to check it out. Thanks!

A few heavy bag workouts that I know of and like:

Amy Bento's Rumble - has a bag segment in it.

Real Kickboxing - This is a series of 4 dvd's with Danny SUllivan. I bought mine through Amazon about 2 years ago.

Tae-bo has a workout called "Impact". It's a pretty good workout, but only comes in VHS.

I looked at Real Kickboxing on amazon but it's not in stock right now. Has anyone tried The Pit Workout? I checked out some clips on you tube but don't really know if it's the right workout for me.

I have the first set of Pit workouts. Honestly, they aren't to my liking. It's more of a freestyle type workout, if you like that kind of thing. I much prefer following a video. There is another set of Pit workouts that might be better, but I don't have them. Maybe someone else will offer some helpful advise
