OT/ Leather furniture cleaner??

I just recently purchased Natuzzi leather furniture for my family room. The set came with a minimal amount of cleaner. I was wondering what I can use to clean my furniture besides the cleaner it came with?? I was told baby wipes by a friend of mine, but is there anything else I can use?? It is very good quality furniture and I don't want to ruin it. Any suggestions would be great!!

I just use a damp cloth. For greasy stains, I rub a bar of soap very lightly with the damp cloth, then scrub the leather, then "rinse" with a rinsed cloth. Let it air dry.

Most special cleaners are bull$hit that marketing sells you but you don't really need.
