It's 2 am and I can't sleep - combination of work on the mind and .... and really sore behind (and I rhyme!). I haven't done the workout as is for a very long time with the floor work included. I have been doing the Leg Blast premix. I am sooooo sore. I think Cathe has something there in the orginal. The perfect mix of excercises in the right order to really work.
Now if I could only get some sleep....
