Lorrie, thank you for your detailed post. Oh yeah, I'm familiar with all the horror stories, which is why I approached their website with great fear and trepidation. I've heard from multiple sources that billing problems are more likely to occur with installment payments -- that if you pay in one lump sum you'll be okay. That's why it annoyed me so much at checkout when I saw I would be billed in 3 monthly installments.
I'm happy right now with Cathe and Cardio Coach workouts -- I want the P90MS for my DH. He desperately needs to do something. He doesn't get any exercise at all and I think he'd prefer Tony over Cathe.
