Am I correct that an order status of "pending" means that my order has not yet shipped? Thank you.

Hi jgoycoolea! Pending means that your order was processed and labled and in a pile waiting for UPS to come for pick up. Once UPS does their "end of day" pick up, your order status should change from "pending" to "shipped". Please contact customer service if you have any further specific questions regarding your order.
