Optimal caloric intake

I think I'm pretty close to my goal weight (104 lbs). I'm 5'0" and very small boned (I wear a size 4 ring and almost always have to add extra holes to watch bands). I'm trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating everyday. I want to make sure I eat enough to be healthy and energenic, but don't want to go overboard either.

Is there a magic formula to figure it out?

Oops! nevermind. I found some websites with a formula. I'm doing OK - 1248 a day for moderately active. I'll give myself a few extra because of Cathe's intensity.
