one on one with tony horton

I was thinking about getting p90x+ I have a question for those of you who have done this routine. do you do less cardio? i'm afraid to cut cardio down to only 2 days a week but i know that tony focuses more on weight training.

Nope, I still do cardio at least 3x a week. But I've been triathlon training so cardio more like 5x a week. I just gotta have my cardio! LOL

Thanks for the response Jess (other jess ;) ) I've always thought about trying P90X but since I preordered STS I'd feel guilty. ha. Almost like I'm a total splurger on fitness stuff. I have spent soo much this year its not funny. I feel I need to stop for a while and enjoy what I have. Whenever that feeling passes though I may consider the X again. lol. Id love to try plyo legs but I don't know if I want to do a subscription type thing. ugh. i dunno. Hope to hear more reviews soon. So when you start the subscription they will start you at the beginning right? Its not like a magazine where they start you on the current issue type of thing? never heard of doing a w/o video like that.

Got your msg, Jess! Let me know if you got mine!

I just finished One on One Plyo legs a few minutes ago. After being so very afraid of it, I was only going to do half. Well, I ended up doing it all and really enjoyed it! I liked it better then Plyo X. Not exactly sure why but I did.

In fact, I blew off doing 4DS Bi/Tri to finish it! (sorry Cathe!) I just wasn't in a lifting mood today...

The only complaint I have and well, it's not even a complaint so much as a small inconvenience is that Tony takes lots of long breaks during the work out and I just didn't need them. I ff'd through alot of that and managed to take about 10 minutes off the work out if not more!

So now I can't wait to see how the legs react...Will I be able to walk in the morning??? Good thing I only have upper body work on tap for tomorrow! :p
