so lately i switched my schedule and incorporated a saturday morning workout. i used to only do mon-friday about a month ago. this morning when i woke i was just so darn tired. i am sooooooooooo sore from B&G yesterday. so i always tell myself give it 10 min and if you can't get into it don't workout. so i started imax 3, in 15 min i quite. i just had no energy and couldn't get into it. i was tripping over the step and everything. i have also come to realize that i don't like working out on the weekends. i work so hard during the week working out that come saturday i'm ready to rest so i'm going to reasess my week and eliminate those pesky saturday workouts. have any of you done this before? i kindof feel quilty from not working out but i also feel good b/c i'm actually listening to my body.

Absolutely!! Pat yourself on the back for giving an effort. It happened to me about a month or so ago. I had done a heavy leg workout the day before and put in SB. 20 mins in I just couldn't move. Don't feel guilty and I agree, if you don't like to workout on Saturdays then don't!!

Good for you for trying, and really good for you for stopping! I swear everytime you hurt your self its usually when you weren't into it or tripping over your step or tired and sore. You may have saved your self major trouble!

I know what you mean about working hard all week and wanting to rest on the weekends! I love weekend mornings to feel relaxed and peaceful. I've been considering a Sat. morning yoga class (offered at a local studio). Seems like it would be a nice transition to the weekend...
