Hang in there Everyone! One more week of the crazy FEASTivites and we'll get back on track. I know there is a lot going on but try to break a sweat at least once a day even if its only for 10 minutes. If you don't even have time for that then do 5 sit ups and 5 push ups 5 times in a row every day! And before you sign off, drink one full glass of water. This will help to keep pushing everything through our systems. Happy Day!
