<--says Joey has pretty much stopped falling back on his butt unless he loses his balance. He has learned how to purposely SIT down now (as opposed to purposely FALLING down) and it's very cute too!:+

<--- tells Melody and Tig that there was cake on the road trip (as Tammy demonstrated) for dessert on Saturday night, but they put out the leftovers on Sunday morning after the high step class
<--- had a nice conversation with Tammy in the gym reception area while Tammy was scarfing down a piece of said cake;)
<--- says if she recalls correctly, it was chocolate chip vanilla cake
