Yesterday was KCM Step Boxing Premix #1 & KV's Slim Toning on a Ball & Shiva's More Daily Energy Practice #4!:D

Jane: Great on Yoga Relax! That's my favorite of the 2! Absolutely great on Intensity(never mind the pausing)
The one thing I miss eating is the Cadbury Creme Eggs!:(
When we got back we had to also exercise the dogs as they hadn't gone the day before!

Renee: Very smart on taking it easy with your foot & doing every other day!Body Fusion sounds like a great start! Is bicycling an option for you?

As far as losing weight, it's been a long journey so far! SLEEP has been the most important weight loss aid!:) As far as diet, I try to eat as healthy as possible avoiding preservatives as much as possible!

Jane & Renee: My math comes out to 86#s! Am I wrong? I know it's close to a 100:)

Great job on the workouts, Cathy! & I know your math is right, but hey - it IS close to 100 pounds! Absolutely awesome!!! Just wanted to drop in & say way to go - & that Cadbury Creme Eggs are my absolute favorite! I did make it through yesterday with no sugar. :D

Today I did ECF's:Cardio Pure Intensity-3 segments + Pure Abs & Arms-3 segments + Yoga Energy Flow-3 segments!:D
Took the dogs for their run this morning & they get their Snoop & Sniff in a little while! Sunny here & a beautiful day!

Jane: Great on the sugar, but I sure miss those creme eggs!:(

Good morning, ladies!
I did Athletic Step yesterday evening. I got through that a bit better than Intensity, thank goodness! :eek: I also made it through another day without sugar. But, I've been overcompensating with cashews - bad!:eek: They have a sweet taste to me, but I can't stop once I start!:p They're too fattening to keep that up for long. I'm going to visit my folks this weekend, so no workouts after tonight. I won't be back until Monday afternoon.
Great job, Cathy on your workout & the run with the dogs! I'm going to check out those Exhale Core Fusion workouts on Collage.

What is exhale cardio fusion Cathy? Sounds good. Oh how i misz mh jogs. Lol

I did not exercise yesterday im hoping my foot feels good enough this evening to do something. I went to movies with my oldest son yesterday. I think that is so nice he took me to the movies. He actualy wants to take me at least once a month if we can. I love that.

Exhale Core Fusion are workouts that combine barre, pilates, yoga, & low impact cardio moves (some of the workouts use light weight) They do the workouts barefoot & there is always a modifier. Each DVD has 5-7 segments that average 9-10 min. There are 2 instructors( wife & husband team)

Good morning ladies,
I did the first premix of LowMax yesterday evening. I didn't have time for the whole thing. I don't know why I expect my legs not to give out on the 2nd blast after I've been doing STS, but I do, & I'm always disappointed. It's like I haven't built up any strength at all! Is it because it's more endurance based? :(:confused:
Cathy, enjoy your days off! I'm glad you're listening to your body. Thanks for the tip re: the cashews. Once these are gone, I'm not buying any more. If I can't control them, I shouldn't have them in the house at all!
Renee: how nice of your son! That sounds so sweet!!! You obviously raised him right! ;)

Jane: Wonderful on Low Max!:D I hear you on the legs!:(
I'm wondering(for me) if the STS Legs sometimes are not always the exercises my legs need! The Core Fusion legs have been kicking my butt, & is why I try to do a couple of them during recovery week:) I may have to increase their use!

Cathe I know what you mean about having alot to do but i just dont have alot because i dont have alot of family around here however i do have cleaning to do. I did some fast cleaning today really. I need to do my BR and clean out my closet and do some deep cleaning but dont want to waste my days off. Or i may just be lazy i dont know lol Well try and enjoy your day!

Jane: I love LOW MAX! That was the very first DVD i had from her. That one i thought i was gonna die at first all the spins! I had not done step in 13 yrs lol I kept doing it over and over i loved the music in it. I had not had DVDS with this rocking music on it, and that is when i fell in love with Cathe lol.
I remember i was learning the portion of going over the top and some of the ones where your back is oppisite of the step. Well i fell on my butt lol! I loved it! Well not the fall but i loved that it was challanging to me. I was just getting back into the grove of exercising. That was about 7 months ago. I still did not lose weight yet but i think it must be over eating. I eat good healthy.

Well you guys i did a jog today and i then did Cathes 4 day split all upper body.. I burned a total of over 600 cals today. that makes me happy. I am now icing my foot again and i will give it a rest tomorrow again. And hope if i do this everyother day i will get back up to where i was again.

Hello All,
Due to the excitement in the area last night(Midnight-1 am) & DS arriving early this morning(7 am) to do some things for us I had about 4 hours of sleep last night!
Skipping today as well I think!

Renee: I always figure if the men can go out & play & get out of housework, the women should be able too, sometimes!! So I don't think it's lazy:) Great going on 4DS Upper Body & great on the jogging, but please be careful with your foot!

I must have missed a post.. what excitment? Im glad you got to see your son.. i got to see mine to loved it. We r fixing our kitchen they helped us today. We are knocking walls down and making it bigger.

Yes i have to b careful tried jogging today but could only do 1 mile and walk 1! Im very limpy all day. I just wish it would get better soon. I hate not doing much cardio.
