**ONE DAY AT A TIME** FEB 5 - MAR 3

Good Morning,
Yesterday was a long walk with the dogs & a short yoga stretch!:)
It was almost 6 p.m. when I was done, strange type of day yesterday!

Jane: Sun shining this morning & it's already dripping off the roof & a good breeze going!
I had to buy bigger binders!;) I have 1 for rotations & 1 listing descriptions & times & exercises of all her DVDs in the other!:);) This week is different for me too! Trying to decide what to do today as both hips & shoulder are hurting!:(
Might have overdone it on outdoor activities! I'll check-in later if I get something done!

The sun is back today. YAY!
Cathy: I'm sorry to hear that you're hurting again. How frustrating! Rest up!;) It sounds as though you have great walks. I wish I could walk, but that bothers my hip more than anything, so I stay away from it. I used to walk every day on my lunch hour...
Yesterday evening was High Step Circuit. It's a Beginner/Intermediate workout, so I used much heavier weights than Cathe & crew. It was an easy workout! Tonight, unless I change my mind, will be Cardio Core Circuit. I remember that one as being pretty tough. That will give my elbow a break, too. It has been starting to ache again. I think it's because I've been using weights every day in the circuits, even though they're lighter. So, I'll probably just do cardio on Friday, & take a rest day on Saturday.

No workout again today! It's cloudy here like it's getting ready to rain!
Jane, if your elbow is starting to hurt take a couple of days off!!(Friday & Sat.)
I'll have to see how tomorrow goes!!

Good morning!
Today is overcast here, with some bad storms, including possible tornadoes, heading our way. That's one thing about having fibromyalgia - I always know when bad weather is on the way... I ache like a toothache, all over! :(
Yesterday evening was Cardio Core Circuit. Boy, did that kick my hiney! But, I was pleased that I was able to do a lot of things that I couldn't do the first time I did this workout! I had to do it more like a HiiT workout, though, as I needed longer breathers than Cathe & crew!
I don't know if I'll do any workout this evening, since I don't know what the weather will be like. If I do anything, it may just be Yoga Max - haven't done that one in awhile, & it's a good one to do to relax after the work week.
Cathy: I think you're being very smart to listen to your body & rest when you need to.

Jane, Great job on a very excellent February:cool::D & a great start on March!!
We got 3-4 inches of snow during the night & I'm still sore(pain) & I didn't sleep!

Again absolutely great February & here's hoping to a fantastic March;)

No damage here from the many tornadoes that thankfully went around us! PTL!
I did Athletic Training yesterday evening. I have brushed the dogs & cleaned the house today, so that's enough hard work. Think I'll do Yoga Relax this evening to try to stretch out my muscles. On to STS Meso #2 tomorrow!
Cathy: Hope you're getting some relief from your nerve pain & able to sleep! What's your weather like?
