One body part per day

Hi Cathe

This is what I would like to see in your next series.

One body part per day, like the xpress series, but with 20-30 min weight lifting.

Super tough cardio 40-45 min each such as
All step
Kickboxing
Hi/Low
Interval max-3
step-leg circuit
pilates

I prefer the cardio to be longer than the 30 min in the express series
& it would also be nice with some more non-circuit cardio.

Just my 2 cents.

Nice idea. I'd like to see some kind of CTX-like series with weight work coming first (after a longer warm-up).
