"On The Road" DVD

Hi, Cathe,

Another forum member suggested I post this here rather than where I origianlly did.

So here it is:

I would like to see you produce a DVD utilizing only exercise bands. The bands could be easily packed in a suitcase, and would allow one to continue to exercise with minimal equipment while on the road in a hotel or motel room.

Jack, you'll find a lot of company on this particular part of the forum for a Travel Workout.

While we're all waiting (not-so) patiently for Cathe to produce a stand-alone travel workout, may I suggest you check out a recent thread mysteriously entitled "Travel Workout"; in it yours truly has posted a list of DVDs you can take with you on the road and get in a fairly comprehensive cardio and band-resistance program in your hotel room.
