I have been doing alot of the sts cardio workouts and was wondering if it would be ok to switch week 1 and 2 and start with week 2 then week 1as the second week? And I noticed in week 2 there is no upper body work that always concerns me because I don't want to lose my progress will that one week do any damage or can I add a upper body wkout to that week?
