? on doing floorlegs everyday without any weights. Waste of time?

Today I am starting upperbody with putting legs in everyday. I can't use weights and wonder if I would be wasting my time. Will it do any good not using any resistance?

I know Carol is good at these questions,but I will take other opinions also.

In my opinion, several of Cathe's leg workouts offer plenty of toning without weights. She has great workouts on the ball - my favorite is the Gym Style- Legs floor segment. But Legs and Glutes and Pyramid Lower Body also have good ones.

Also, could you try doing her weight work without the weights? Just use your body weight as resistance in the squats, lunges, etc. I'd say that even without dumbbells or barbells, you'd still be getting some fairly decent toning, if not actual muscle building.
