OMG I am getting FitTV!

I am beside myself over here! I am getting FitTV and a DVR from Comcast next month. I am looking at the lineup and they have something called Cardio Blast with Cathe! I have never worked out to her yet (single income household while hubby was going to college no extra money for workout DVD's blah blah blah- now he has a job and we are moving and getting digital cable). So has anyone watched it? I see they do Push Pull and IMAX. Are they good?

Thanks!

Fit TV has some of Cathe's workouts although they are shortened versions. They give you a good idea if you're going to like the workout or not. Most of her workouts are 60 minutes. Some are more, some are less. Push Pull is probably the full version since it is only 45 minutes long. These are the ones they usually air:

Low Max
IMAX 2
Core Max (all three workouts - only 20 mins. each)
Stretch Max (all three workouts) (only 20 mins. each)
Slow & Heavy (all three workouts)
Step, Jump & Pump
Step Blast
Pyramid Lower Body
Pyramid Upper Body
Kick, Punch & Crunch
Legs & Glutes
Power Hour
Rhythmic Step
Boot Camp
Muscle Endurance
Cardio & Weights

IMO (and probably everyone here as well), Cathe's workouts are great. They make up a large part of my workout collection.

I am really excited - I have been drooling over her workouts for several month and since they are kinda spendy I haven't been able to buy any. My husband promised me once he got a job he would buy me her set that has the step and IMA3 IMAX2 etc. I told him he could wait till my birthday :) But now I will have my fix till then!

I am addicted to FitTv and Cathe. I have all the segments written down on my calendar, so the days that Cathe is on and I already have the dvd, I'll do a dvd/vhs that I have at home. Today was Slow and Heavy, Chest and Back.
I usually watch at 7:00 am as soon as Dave leaves and before Andrew and Katie get up. Then workout with Cathe at 11:00 am. I don't know what I'll do when I find a real job in the real world that social security actually pays for. :)

Cathe on FitTV is awesome. The first one I ever saw was IMAX2. I now record her on my dvr and fast forward through the commercials. She is on 3x a day where I live. Also check out Caribiean Workout, those girls are also great but they are only a half hour long and AllStar Workouts is on at 9am on the east coast. They have a lot of good different shows. Yoga, dance, stretch, step, bosu. They make a good balance with Cathe when you want a little lower impact.

I just bought my first Cathe dvd. Got it used from Amazon. Be careful once you start buying it becomes addictive. I check ebay everyday for new videos and this week will probabley have 2 more dvds. They are well worth the price since you get 3 workouts at an hour+ a pop. That is worth the money.

I love Cathe and I'm sure you will too. Enjoy your FitTv. :)

I found Cathe in January of this year thanks to Fit Tv. Then I found this website. Then I purchased just about her whole collection. You can't go wrong with Cathe. Then I purchased P90x (AWESOME) I have one turbo Jam kick punch and jam (AWESOME) I have tried other recommendations Thanks to the amazing gals here and I am looking into the Bosu and the powerstrikes (milleniums). Have Fun!
