OMG! Butts and Guts Leg Blast premix!!!

Well, finally found a workout that really kicked my A$$. It is an absolute killer. I have never had to stop and rest during a Cathe workout until today.

My challenge is to master this premix before 2008!:)

I love the Butss and Guts Leg Blast premix! I add the B and G ab section and it's a great workout. You have to love walking lunges, though! I love it because it's got leg presses and firewalkers, two of my favorite moves.

I did this workout yesterday based on your post... oh man, it IS killer!!!

I usually don't end up "talking back" to Cathe in the workouts, but there was a few times where I said out loud.."You have got to be kidding!!!"

I can definitely feel it today!!

I am also feeling it today. I did the Pyramid UB premix this morning because I couldn't bear the thought of exercising my legs again. They need a break after yesterday. At least I will know what to expect next time I do it, which will be next week.

I'm laughing at "You have got to be kidding!!!", because I didn't say those words but I stared at the T.V. screen not believing what she was asking me to do....AGAIN!!! :D
 
The walking lunges with the plie squats and then those little jumps...? Yeah, some kind of sadist thought up that combo.;)

I just wanted to add that this is my favorite B&G premix. I think I'll end up doing this one a lot this year.

Yep, its definitely a keeper!!

What I love about this premix is that its quick and dirty... I love B and G as is, but if you are short on time and still want a challenging workout, its perfect..

I always thought Leaner Legs was the best "quick" leg workout... my glutes are telling me today ( and probably tomorrow) that B and G just usurped it!!! :)

I did this w/o for the 2nd time y'day and today I can walk...no DOMS! YEAY! Trust me though, I still felt that BURN!!!}( }( }( I am going to do it again before Christmas!:)
 
Thanks for posting about this premix! I did it and loved it!! I plan on doing it again this weekend. It's a great quick leg workout that WORKS!
