Okay to Freeze Cooked Lentils, Canned Tomatos and Quinoa??

I freeze cooked lentils and beans all the time with no problem. Never noticed any effect from the freezing.

The reheating can cook them a bit more, so that sometimes can make them slightly softer, but then that happens with refrigerated leftovers too.

I freeze my lentils, and tomatos but I've never tried Quinoa. I'm sure it would be fine though. I like to eat the Kashi frozen foods and a lot of them have Quinoa in them.
