Okay, I really need rotation help...

I have exactly 4 weeks to slim down for a really big event. I have been in a pretty deep slump for several months and it is time to get serious! I have only one hour to devote to working out and need to know the biggest bang for my buck to trim down my lower body...and FAST! Any suggested rotations would be really, really helpful.

Any other tips on how to maintain clean eating would certainly help...especially considering my office ALWAYS has fresh baked cookies.
 
I don't have any specific recommendations, but if I were you, I'd do a search for Cathe's January rotations and pick one you think is extra challenging. I think her January ones are pretty strong rotations usually (to get people back on track after the holidays). I also would suggest doing Butts & Guts A LOT. It totally helped my lower section when I did it a couple of times a week.

for short on time workouts most of cathe's december rotations are an hour and under and hit the body in balanced way.

for lower body cathe has made plenty of those. just modify to fit your time needs. some folks split up their workouts so they may do something in the morning and something in the evening. i don't know if that is possible for you or not.

wish i could help on the eating deal. but keep a food journal though so you know what you are eating and help identify anything you need to change. and if you just HAVE to have a cookie then eat only one but slowly. usually if somebody has something good and i eat it slowly then i can really enjoy the flavor. its how i have been leaving other cookies(oreos etc) alone b/c one you really sit down and taste them and savor the flavors, they really arent that good LOL. but fresh baked goodness is always yummy but in small doses.

Thanks ladies! Based on the advice given here, I went home last night and did Butts & Guts. Oh good gravy it was killer and my buns are feeling it today. I'm definitely going to try the rotation suggested...so thanks so much for offering it.

By the way, it is my sister's wedding where I am the attendant. My dress is really snug...hence the urgency.
