I think I went a couple weeks before doing it again this morning. Oh my goodness can you say rest breaks. I had to stop and find where my heart was on the floor. It was a great workout but I need to do it on a schedule to follow Cathe in the video. Ahem, oh yeah almost forgot, ME ROCKS!

Way to go, Debbie! That's how I feel about Bootcamp. That DVD should be sold with a portable defibrillator.

Great job even with rest breaks! I love workouts that leave me with something to work up to. I haven't even purchased IM3....too chicken!

Is IM3 really high impact? I have Kick Max and that 10 minute blast part has me doing teeny jumping jacks while she does all her tuck jumps. At least for a while... ;)

I was thinking about getting IM 2 or IM 3- which would you recommend?

If you're concerned about too much impact, and don't want to modify a lot, then definitely go for IM2. It's a fun workout, with fun music, and impact that's doable for the most part ( I still modify some, but that's me!). IMAX 3 has quite a few moves where you jump from the step onto the floor (which I always thought was a no-no as far is safety is concerned...and still do), and one move has you leap the length of the step, then sideways, then do a tuck jump, then a ricochet. I like IMAX3, but I modify a LOT on this one: about 2/3 of the intervals. On IMAX2, I modify maybe 1/4 of them.
