A waiting list would be a good idea. I hope everyone sees the announcement in time too. This will be my Birthday present from my DH and 3 boys. Will be very strange to be away from them for a few days though. I have not ever been away from them.

I'm going to have to fly out from the end of a week long meeting in Phoenix, but I'll be there! I'm looking at all my worn out old workout clothes and thinking this is a perfect excuse to go shopping for new ones.

Aack - I'm in panic mode right now.

I don't know whether to sign up or not! I don't want to drive by myself as it is about a 5 hour drive. The cheapest airfare into Philly would be about $420.


Is it possible to join in on the carpool from the airport to the hotel? And which hotel?

I love shopping... Although I will probably do my shopping at Cathe's Gym....Cathe mug, cathe hat, cathe shirt...LOL I don't normally post just lurk but I think everyone here is wonderful and I can't wait to meet everyone!!! Anyone coming from the Clearwater FL area?

You know I was signed up by 8:01am CST :) Can't wait to see you girls again. I'm so glad you can make it!!! It's going to be SO MUCH FUN! I'm thrilled that we can be so excited about a trip focused on exercise. We'll talk soon about the travel arrangements! I have a American Airlines voucher I'd like to use if possible. That's great, Pinky, about your husband taking your son to NY to see your aunt.

I DID IT! I knew I would hate myself if I didn't go. I'll figure out the rest in due time...

Can I ask where everyone is staying? Did anyone make hotel reservations yet?

I think we're waiting to see if they've negotiated a reduced room rate for us at any local hotel. The Fairfield Inn seems to be the favoured choice by those in the know, because of the fresh cookie angle;)
 
I already had the Fairfield Inn in my favorites...I'll wait to hear if there will be a room special.

Now for the hard part....getting from the airport to the hotel and back and forth to the gym. When we get firm air arrival times, we can coordinate meeting.

I will second your WHOOOOO HOOOOOO!!! Nothing better than coming home from my first day at work, soaking my horribly swollen feet, and finding out I get to meet Cathe (and even better, I get to meet you guys!!)
 
I wish Cathe had posted the time of the events. I'd offer to help, but it's to soon to commit to plans until she posts more info.

I'll be passing by Philly airport on my way to the hotel(?). I'll bring the mini van, so that I can get a few of you, but I would like to get to Glassboro early afternoon to avoid Friday rush hour traffic.

I'm still working out details.
