LOL, Lotte Berk was some dancer, and her method uses high rep, no weight, small movements to tone. Not the method to use for building muscle size, but it's a good alternative to Cathe.
Yeah, I really like this series. I have the 4 pack. Right now, I'm only in the mood for low-intensity stuff, so this is perfect. Although many Catheites will probably think it's too easy. But if you use good control and form, you will feel the burn. I've used the abs workout 4 days this week and the 2 lines on either side of my stomach are really showing.
