OK so my muscles forgot LOL

I've been to the gym the last two nights & boy was it a struggle! I have lost the strength increases I've made over the last 6 months or so (really heavier weights on the 3rd set of my exercises). Part of it may be the heat, but I think my muscle memory is about as good as my intellectual memory, meaning my muscles can't remember a stinking thing. :p

Then that got me thinking about poor Cathe. She must've been going insane since her injury. And she's stayed so upbeat, & I bet she's back in prime condition within a month.

Thank goodness we have her for inspiration!
 
You'll bounce back, too! Once I was forced to take a full month off of EVERYTHING! It took 10 days to be back were I was before my lay off!

Be patient, it will come!
 
Give it a week orr two. You will be back to your old self and proably better with the rest.It took me about 2 months after the gall bladder surg to get back to norm .I just now got the abs back to where i was. Patience is all you need.
Take longer rests in between sets. You are going to bounce right back.
