OK, OK, i take it all back re: Low Max...

ok....i will now humbly eat my "low max crow".... :p

after my post re: low max being somewhat anaerobic and less of a cardio workout the other day...your responses inspired me to wanna try and 'bump it up to 8"'...and so i 'bumped it up to 8' tonite...and WOWZA!!!!!!!! :eek: not only was the workout way more fun...(something about the higher height just made the moves funner..go figure)...but, indeed, low max IS A CARDIO WORKOUT PLUS A KILLER LEG WORKOUT... }( ouchie!

i humbly retract my earlier comments re: low max...IT IS LOW (yet provides a good cardio workout..on an 8" step) ...AND IT 'DID' MAX me out!

Yes, indeed. This is my favorite workout of the Hard Cores. Really unique and effective. And I love Pinky's variation.
