Rhonda it is so good to finally have a face to go with the person I have been communicating with for so long. I remember last year before Christmas talking about having a get together here. Maybe someday we will. You are beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing.

Hey Rhonda, I saw your picture and I just want to say you look very close to how I imagined you, only prettier.
I read in one of your previous posts that you've gotten to where you want to be. Congratulations on achieving your fitness goals.;-) I've actually been following up threads and posts about Freestyle training. Well, working out my legs everyday isn't something I CAN be open about because of my knees. But for the last 6-7 weeks, I've been doing as much cardio as I can in the early morning (except on sick days), step or kickboxing. Some days I've had to take out the step altogether. But since Cathe's step routines have a lot of leg work in them, I make sure to go low with the added squats and lunges. I take out the impact where I can take them out and work out my legs. So in essence, what I've been doing is almost like Freestyle and guess what? I finally got the courage to weigh and measure this morning. The last time I measured was after Christmas, before New Year. I was 111 pounds. I've lost a full inch in my waist, another from my hips. I could use another half inch off there though. Lost 3/4 of an inch in one thigh, and 5/8 of an inch from the other. (I know the body is asymmetrical, but this makes me feel freakish.) I'm also down to 106 lbs. My listening to a lot of theories and experiences from this forum, then taking an idea and tweaking it to suit my needs has really paid off. So THANKS for your Freestyle suggestion.
