Ok dumb question here re: IMAX 2

Haydee! How are you? Haven't seen you for a while. I only have IMAX2 so I can't answer your question, but I wanted to say hi. :)

BTW I was thinking of you this w/e b/c this black woman started working out at my gym recently on Sunday mornings (my leg & shoulder day) & she reminds me of you. The chick is totally buff & makes me feel like some kind of inadequate sissy. :p I work out at this fancy pants club & I don't see many really buff women in there anyway, but this woman really blows me away. She's also one of the friendliest, nicest members I've met there.

Hey, did you move to NJ or something? :+

Hey right back at ya.

Thanks for thinking of me. I feel loved :) :) :).

Maximus "fancy pants club" LOL. I wished I could move to Jersey.

If ever I'm in your neck of the woods I will definitely look you up. And if ever I show up at your gym, you will know it's me. I love tank tops with the scapulars revealed and/or sports bras and I have a HUGH birthmark on my right shoulder.

BTW, where is your gym?

Oh Haydee I would love to work out with you! Don't know if I could keep up but I'm always looking for someone to push me........

My gym is in Short Hills, NJ. It's a little pricey but the equipment is phenomenal, & they have a ton of classes that I really should but do not take advantage of. Here's their website:

One biggie that you're missing from the IM2/CW dvd is an absolutely fabsolutely ab-solutely AB routine. Contains supine crunches with legs positioned differently, explosive crunches, moderate "Pilates-100" drill, side-lying crunches with legs elevated, bent-knee jackknives and "walking planks". I don't know if one single ab routine is worth getting an entire dvd for, but I swear by that one, especially when I combine it with CTX Kickbox planks and roll-ups.
