Ohhh!!! i am so ready to go!

I ordered my barbell set. The one cathe uses on PH. "troy lite system". I just got the package. I can not wait until I get home tonite to start my workout. I have a gym membership and I do my cardio workouts there. I only have at home 2- 8lbs dumbell and 2-10lbs dumbells and now the barbell:-jumpy. I have been purchasing them slowly. Today is S+H chest and back....i am so exited.
I was working out in the past months, but stopped about 2-3 months ago. I ate like a MAD woman mostly sweets and cakes, chocolate...all the tasty stuff:9
Last wednesday sept 4 I decided to start eating clean and exercice. I had to find a way of eating that I can stick to for life. That is more vegetables and more fruits and more water. I could not believe I ballommed to 154lbs :-(. Cathe tapes are really really good...and it is fun....my 5 year old girl trys to do it with me...(tries):).
Just wanted you to know that I have been doing great and weight in today(9 days later) at 150lbs...(4 lbs gone...)yeahhhh
This forums are great and gives me lots of ideas and keeps me motivated..

Great job. I love my troy lite system, been using it for about 5 months now and it has definitely helped my exercise program. We must always remember that exercise is a lifelong commitment and it is how we look and feel that is important, not the number on the scale. For us girls, out weight is always going to fluctuate depending on what time of the month it is. Plus, hard muscle will weigh more than googly fat.
 
Great to here about your success so far!! Keep us posted!! I must say though, I feel for you not being able to keep your RS. Can't you move any furniture out of the way for your step?? Jeez, Cathe cardio is so much fun as well and I hate for you to miss out!!
