Oh it's Monday again---Check In

Nope. Couldn't do it. Just can't get up on Monday AMs to workout------ ohhhhh I was soooooooo close. Oh well. I've been averaging 5 w/o per week and I'm pretty darn happy with that. My weight has stabled off into lowest end of my weight range---gotta like that too. So, I'm giving myself the day off (not that i have to reason with myself or anything). :p:p

I have the next two days off, so today should go really smooth. I don't like how dark it is outside and wonder why daylight savings time is so late now-a-days. My goal, for today, is to get home before it's dark. Tomorrow is DHs birthday--45th, so I'll need to stop of to get a DQ cake.

Wishin' everyone out there a happy Monday. Ciao!!

Good morning ladies,

Well I am up bright and early as always. Send DH off to work and enjoying my one hour me time before DD wakes up. I have been really cranky yesterday and I am not sure if it is going to be better today. Still no AF, so that's maybe why. I am thinking that AF is just off and I am not pregnant, so I think that's why I am cranky.
Today's workout will be one of the IMAXes and I am sure I will be feeling better after that. Didn't workout yesterday, just too lazy.

Melanie - Good try, maybe one day you will do it. I used to get up at 4 am during the week to do my workouts before I had DD, well, that's a long time in the past, hehe.

Good morning to everyone who follows.
Kristine :)

Hi ladies!
Melanie--five workouts a week is fantastic! Don't worry about today. Hope your DH has a great bday!!

Kristine--I'm still not giving up hope that you are preggers. Sounds JUST LIKE when I got pregnant. No AF, negative tests, crankiness, etc. If it doesn't come by Wednesday, I'd test again. Who knows?

Hi to everyone else! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
---------
Well, Saturday was BUSY. We took the boys to soccer games/pictures, then DH took Henry to a bday party (his first "friend" party, not family party), where he screamed and was totally antisocial, so they came home early. I took Oliver out shopping and for lunch, but he was ill too. Wasn't as we had planned it. Yesterday was much better. We took the boys out for lunch and then to the park to ride their bikes. It was a nice last weekend as just the four of us! DH is going on a field trip with Oliver's class today to the pumpkin patch. Wish I could go!! Only three more sleeps until my big day! I cannot believe our little one will be here Thursday! Henry has a bad cough, so I'm a little worried about it. I may call the doc this morning. I love fall, but I hate all of the sick bugs it brings! OH! We decided to change the baby's name. Though I've gotten things monogrammed, etc. DH loves a different name (I do too), and the one we had chosen we kept hearing EVERYWHERE, and we like unique/old-man names, and I picked Oliver and Henry's names, so it's only fair DH gets to pick one too. LOL Anyway... rambling again! Have a great Monday!!!

Good Morning!

Melanie, I hit my alarm off this morning too, so no workout. I am hoping later today I will do pub. I am just too tired and exercising is getting really uncomfortable. Hope dh has a good b-day!

Kristine, maybe you tested too early. I never had a period after going off b/c and trying to get pg with my first two. I also tested neg. with my first.

Stephanie, I am so excited your little guy will be here Thurs:) I also can't wait to hear what his name is.

We had a busy weekend like always. Dh painted the baby's room, a job he has been dreading. It looks great after I sent him back to the paint store after the first color was too light:p Today I have to go to Babis r us and buy a pack n play for downstairs and a few little things I know we will need. I better go and shower so I can get the boys to school:)

Candra

Stephanie - Oh wow, Thursday is the big day? You must be so excited!!!!! Yes, I will test again maybe on Wednesday or Thursday if I still don't have my AF.

Candra - How far along are you? Isn't it fun to get the baby's room ready?

Melanie, Enjoy your time off and I hope DH hasa happy bday!

Kristine, Toes and fingers still crossed.

Stephanie, yay Thursday! I'm so excited for you!

Candra, YOU HADN'T PAINTED THE ROOM YET!?!?!?!?! Oh my goodness! I woulda been in a total panic!

--------
Busy Am here -
I'm feeling kinda crampy and wierd. I'm sure I'm not in labor, but I'm def. ready!!!

Did my WO's this weekend. Took a 20-min. power-walk between errands this AM. Will WO more tonight.

Have a great day....bbl...

Melanie ~ YAY about being in the lowest weight range! 5 w/o per week is AWESOME for anyone and especially with your busy schedule. Enjoy your time off.

Kristine ~ Hope your cycle questions resolve soon.

Stephanie ~ It is so exciting your new addition arrives Thursday.

Candra ~ What color did you paint? DD's room was yellow just in case the gender ID was wrong. DS's room was guess what? YELLOW because DD's fav color is yellow and that is what she said "the baby" wanted. ;) We could have gone with blue since there was no mistake on the gender. Anyway, we are out of extra bedrooms so no nursery decorating this time. :(:(:(

Kate ~ Sorry about the crampy, weird feeling. Hope it goes away. Great job on your workouts.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
DOM, DOM, DOM, DOM, DOMS! This is me today. I guess the hill walking and Purre Barre were good workouts yesterday. Yesterday, I was considering an easy Spinerval. :confused: Today, I am thinking LS or another walk outside.
My 2nd PN visit is tomorrow; I hope & pray for a FHR.
BBL unless the computer continues to terrorize me with the "disconnect cable" or whatever the message is and then goes black. DH said it may be time for a new computer.
Kristine- I am 37 weeks pg:)
Kate- I have been going crazy with the room not being painted. I was trying my best not to nag dh to get it done. Now I have to call the lady who is going to paint the mural on his wall! I'm not really to concerned if that happens after he is born.
Autumn-this baby's room is pale orange. The first color I picked came out yellow, which I really like but my hallway outside his room is yellow so we had to repaint.
I just got back from babies r us and costco. I have a few minutes b/f I have to pick up Owen from pre-school. I really need to start a load of laundry but I just want to sit here:D
Candra
Autumn, ^5 on the DOMS! I love it! I hope you get to hear the HB - always eases the mind!
Candra, You' ve been productive enough today of you got those errands done - let that laundry sit there!;) Pale orange for the walls???!! I'd love to see it. We considered doign our great room in orange but I opted for yellow instead. Orange is the only color I've never used inour homes! If I ever paint the laundry room in the basement it will def. be orange - a BRIGHT one!
-------
Trying to get prepped (even more) for baby to come. Tying up some loose ends for preschool (I'm secretary onthe board) and getting my mom's marching orders ready so she has the girls' schedules wrote down. I wish I had a crystal ball....
Candra ~ I bet the color looks great. I really didn't want a 2nd yellow nursery but DD insisted.
Kate ~ Thanks for the ^5. I still might do an easy Spinerval.... oh, if I can stay on the seat any length of time..... my pubic bone may not be able to take the pressure. :confused:
Kate ~ Sounds like you are orgranized. I love it when I am organized.
Stephanie - Good luck on your c-section/delivery on Thursday if I don't get a chance to log on later! How exciting! Can't wait to hear from you after the delivery!
Lisa
Hi Ladies,
I got through today...teaching by myself, so YEAH!!!!!!!!! I have a day off tomorrow, and my long-term sub talked with me today/she will be in with me Wed-Fri (if I make it that long;)). I really wanted to spend some time with her in the classroom so she can see how I do things. That would make life SO much easier!
I had an OB appt today, and I am holding steady at 3cm-so no change since last Monday. The OB thinks I will make it, so we'll see. My c/s is scheduled for next Tues (the 7th). I just think that the end of pregnancy is SO darn hard-the back pain, pressure in the uterus, etc.:( But, it's all for a good cause:D. By the way, who else thinks they need a crane to roll over during the night?
Stephanie-My DS has acted like that at parties before:confused:. If I don't "talk" to you before Thursday, good luck! I can't believe that your baby will be born already.
Kate-I get all crampy too. It's part of the fun of the end of pregnancy, I guess.
I have to "run" and put DS to bed now, so I have to cut this short.
Hello to everyone else!!!
-Jen
Autumn, Sometimes I feel like the Organizing Queen, other times I feel like the Court Jester!:p Good luck with the Spinerval!
Lisa, Good to see you!!! How many weeks are you now?!
Jen, One more week!!! I almost wish I had a date that I knew about but I love the excitement of the unknown too! And I'll take that crane when yo're finished with it!!!!
-----------
I just finished PH, minus the lunges and abs. I also had to skip the dead lifts - baby is in a wierd spot and they were super uncomfortable. *Trying* to listen to my body. Unfortunately I also listened when it HOLLARED at me to eat chocolate chip cookies after dinner! The fam was begging!:eek:
Had a good day today. Waiting for Mike to finish lifting then we're going to do some HypnoBirthing practice and Hopefully pack some stuff for the birth center!
Kate ~ I skipped the Spinerval. My legs are so heavy today. :D Great workout!!!! Based on other posts, I think you can afford a cookie or two. ;) Have fun practicing hypnobirthing.
Jen ~ I can't believe it is down to one more week. How exciting!!!!!!!
lisa ~ Hello stranger! How are you doing?
I really do have moments of OCD or A.R. (anal retentive) as DH calls me. I just spent a ridiculous amount of time replying to a forward about Michelle Obama. I've received it multiple times, and this time felt compelled to respond. When I reviewed my reply, I realized how absolutely A.R. I am. The most ridiculous part, I am not an Obama supporter (or any particular candidate at this time). :confused::rolleyes:
Cardio Coach is a MUST tomorrow AM before Bible Study. I have my alarm set for 6am.
I've had the baby blues last couple days. My "ex" co-worker came in with her new baby today & I didn't even go by her. I did so good last time, I was really afraid how I would react today. *Sigh* I should be better in a couple days, I haven't cried in a long time---probably need to---to release some emotions that get bottled up.
Today went well, now a couple days off....I could get used to this schedule...one day on, two days off,repeat!!!!!!!!
Kate - I'm 35 weeks, can you believe? I have to pack my bags also, but I've been so behind. I'll worry when I start "nesting." You sound like you're nesting with your organization spell!
Autumn - Hi there woman! You're nearing your end of your 1st trimester right? I'm so huge and hot right now it's hard to do much of anything. I feel like I'm back in my first trimester where I'm not doing much. I've been walking and waiting.
Melanie - Sorry about the baby blues. Hope you feel better soon.
Better go get ready for dinner.
Lisa
