Oh Happy Day!! (P90X)

I just completed my first phase of P90X, I'm in my recovery week now and I just LOVE it!! Plyo X is my favorite.

I am not one to stick with a rotation (except for 3 weeks of Cathe's Slow and Heavy), but I found it easy to do. The only substitution I made was for Ab Ripper X, not my favorite, so I substituted Michael Olajide's Killer Back and Abs (my new favorite ab workout)!! Also about 3 days a week I added 3 to 4 miles of running.

I am really starting to see a difference in the way I look and I hardly changed my diet at all. For the next 2 phases I am going to follow the nutrtion guide and see what happens.

I can hardly wait for phase 2. Bring It!!

Congrats!

(And some of us at VF, when we did our first P90X rotation when it first came out, got to refering to the ab workout as "Ab Skipper," because we didn't always get to it!)
